Our client, a financial services organisation based in Westminster, is seeking a polished, friendly, and highly reliable Temporary Receptionist to join their team from 27 July to 7 August.

Location: Westminster, London

Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour

Hours: Ideally 8:30am - 5:30pm (8:30am - 5:00pm can be considered)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in delivering a professional and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a polished and professional meet-and-greet service for visitors and clients.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
• Receiving and managing deliveries.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Preparing tea and coffee for guests and meetings.
• Assisting with errands and general office support duties.
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, organised, and welcoming.
