Job Description

Carmichael UK are recruiting for an experienced Agent to join a market-leading civil engineering and demolition contractor, overseeing the successful delivery of demolition projects across South Wales (predominantly) and the South West of England.

Reporting directly to the Demolition Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of a diverse portfolio of demolition works for both public and private sector clients.

The Role

As Agent, you will be responsible for:

Managing multiple demolition projects from inception through to completion

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

Leading site teams and subcontractors

Maintaining strong client relationships

Driving operational excellence and high-quality project delivery

Supporting business growth and the continued success of the demolition division

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering demolition projects

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent knowledge of demolition methodologies and industry best practice

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements

Commercial awareness and programme management experience

Ambitious, hands-on and highly motivated approach

Strong track record of successful project delivery within the demolition sector
