The organisation is seeking to appoint a Commissioning Engineer with an Electrical bias to support our growing Data Centers.
We are committed is to provide cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Center facilities and are recruiting a Commissioning Engineer - Electrical to join our innovative team. The role will be responsible for ensuring effective test and commissioning of Data Center processes within set timescales, including quality and health and safety management.
What you will deliver?
Requirements Management (able to interrogate the organisation Schedule, Verification and Validation requirements etc).
Assist the commissioning engineers and managers with the verification and operation of electrical plant and equipment. This includes liaising with specialist sub-contractors and the organisation package managers to follow the specific commissioning process from Level 1 to Level 5.
Compiling and preparing of commissioning test documentation.
Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety requirements.
Attend site commissioning meetings.
Provide information for Progress Reports.
Assist the Internal Trades Manager to prepare an inspection and test plans for each element of the works.

Who are we looking for?
Experience working with a the organisation contractor or large subcontractor.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work.
Good writing skills with a focus on the drafting of test procedures and test coverage files.
Understanding and implementation of project the organisation procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Attention to Health and Safety matters.
Previous experience with internal trades.
Knowledge of UK building regulations.
Understanding of UK Health and Safety construction laws.
