Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 5 years focused specifically on offshore wind. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex offshore wind projects. Strong knowledge of offshore wind turbine technology, foundation design, subsea cables, and grid connection systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in relevant the organisation software and simulation tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
