The Role

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive head office team.

You'll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, resolving queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.

You'll handle queries via:

• Phone (inbound & outbound)
• Email
• Live chat
• Post

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels
• Take ownership of customer queries from start to resolution
• Provide advice and guidance based on customer needs
• Reschedule services and manage customer accounts
• Identify and upsell additional services where appropriate
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
• Onboard new customers and arrange initial services
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Work towards individual and team KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• Confident handling complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Sales or upselling experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude
