Customer Service Administrator (Temporary)

Wimborne Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 1 Hour Lunch Break 3-Month Temporary Assignment with Potential to Become Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Wimborne.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The opportunity is initially offered on a temporary basis for three months, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

The Role

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Booking appointments and scheduling works
• Allocating and sending jobs to subcontractors
• Liaising with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
• Providing updates and support to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Supporting the wider team with general administration duties

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and resilient when dealing with customers
• Able to handle pushback professionally and remain firm when required
• Hardworking, proactive, and reliable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Experienced within a customer service and/or administration environment
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
