Temporary Data Administrator

Location: BradfordSalary: £13.33 - £13.85 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmContract: Temporary (with potential for permanent opportunity)

We are recruiting on behalf of a key client based in Bradford for a Temporary Data Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level candidate looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced and supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems
• Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Manage and organise large volumes of information efficiently
• Assist with reporting and data extraction when required
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties
• Handle confidential information in line with company policies
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (essential)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving ability
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
