Payroll Specialist - the organisation / Hybrid
Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in the organisation. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in-office) and the opportunity to support payroll operations across multiple international locations.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services for around 450 UK employees, working closely with our outsourced provider and internal teams. The role also includes involvement in system implementation projects and providing cover for the Payroll Manager.
What you will bring:
Experience in payroll administration and UK payroll legislation
Strong spreadsheet application skills and familiarity with systems like Access, ADP, SD Worx, and ERP platform SuccessFactors
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
CIPP membership (or working towards it) is a plus
