Are you a French-speaking supply chain professional looking for your next challenge?

Randstad are working alongside a global household name who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Analyst to join their team and be the heartbeat of their order management, ensuring exceptional service for their French market.

Key Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and stock allocations in SAP.
  • Coordinate promotional grids and trade events with local sales teams.
  • Monitor order flow, proactively identify bottlenecks, and resolve shipping issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain) to ensure "on-time and in-full" delivery.
  • Maintain Material Master Data accuracy and ensure audit readiness.

Skills/Experience:

  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Previous background in customer service, order management, or supply chain (SAP knowledge is a huge plus).
  • A strong communicator who loves to simplify processes, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
