We are working with a leading UK-based business seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to support their global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of export certification (SPS) for products moving to NI, ROI, EU, and global markets
• Administer and manage import/export customs documentation and clearance
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather and validate required documentation
• Support the Export Compliance Manager with compliance frameworks and official certifications
• Ensure on-time delivery and certification accuracy to prevent border delays

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of customs procedures and international trade requirements
• Experience with import/export documentation and HMRC procedures
• Proactive communicator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident working cross-functionally with supply chain, technical teams, and government agencies
