Sales Administrator - Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

£12.71 per hour

Ongoing Temporary Position

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Milton Keynes.

Duties will include:

• Processing sales orders
• Scheduling deliveries and updating customers on delivery dates
• Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders
• Taking incoming phone calls
• Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory
• Providing holiday cover for colleagues within the sales administration team
• Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to arrange deliveries
• Updating customer spreadsheets and records
• Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
• General ad hoc administration duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
