CPCS Hoist Operator – Reading

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Reading, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently

* Transporting materials, equipment, and personnel between site levels

* Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements

* Ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures are followed at all times

* Coordinating with site management and trades to maintain smooth operations

* Adhering to all site health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

* Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card

* Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

* Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

* Full PPE required
