What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and processing customer orders - accurately and on time
• Keeping customers and internal teams updated with order books and SKU availability
• Coordinating warehouse and logistics activity with 3PL partners
• Proactively resolving delivery challenges and communicating solutions
• Preparing sales and performance reports for review meetings
• Maintaining SOPs, SLAs, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
• Building strong relationships across supply chain, finance, IT, and planning teams

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years’ experience in Order Management or Customer Service within supply chain or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident with spreadsheet application (pivot tables, lookups) and ideally ERP platform
• A proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure
• Bonus points if you speak French, German, or Spanish
