We're recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a modern manufacturing operation in Worcester, helping to produce high-quality products that are used in homes across the UK. Whether you have previous assembly experience or are looking to develop your manufacturing career, full training will be provided.

• Starting pay of £13.03 per hour
• Pay increase to £13.52 per hour after 12 weeks

• Weekdays: £17.37 per hour
• Saturday: £19.55 per hour
• Sunday: £26.06 per hour

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be part of a skilled production team responsible for assembling high-quality products to exact standards.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling components and finished products
• Using hand tools and equipment safely
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Working towards production targets
• Following health and safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can stand for extended periods during shifts
• Have previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Average 39 hours per week
• Flexibility required
