You will support regulated onboarding and screening processes within Financial Services, typically banking, asset management, insurance, payments, or fintech operations. The work is often high volume and process-led, but it requires care and judgement because your outputs form part of compliance controls and audit trails. You will help ensure onboarding activity meets policy, regulatory expectations, and internal service standards.

Day to day, you will support client onboarding by collecting and validating documentation, checking completeness, and progressing cases through agreed workflows. You will perform screening activity such as sanctions and PEP checks using internal tools, reviewing results and following escalation routes for alerts, exceptions, or missing information. You may support KYC refresh and remediation activity, helping clear backlogs while maintaining quality and consistency. You will maintain clear case notes, update trackers or case management systems, monitor SLAs, and work closely with relationship teams, compliance, and operations colleagues to close information gaps quickly.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to rules, deadlines, and evidence standards. Experience in KYC, AML operations, client onboarding, compliance administration, remediation, or regulated back-office processing is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information are essential.
