Hourly rate negotiable (Indicate rate sought when applying)

37 hours per week.
Hybrid, collect equipment in person.
West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual (Postcode: IP33 3YU)
Attend team meetings in person if possible.
Ideally 1 day a week in office if possible

x4 Coordinators needed for 2 area teams holding a caseload - completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework.

Key responsibilities:

case hold
oversee phase transfer work
oversee associated work on annual review paperwork
contact with families and settings
requests to panels for placements / funding as per provision in plan
