Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity?

We are currently working with a range of excellent SEND schools across Leicester who are actively seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for both day-to-day supply and long-term roles.

Every SEND school is unique, and we are looking for adaptable, committed individuals with strong experience supporting children with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities.

This role could possibly involve personal care duties. You may never need to provide this but you must be comfortable and willing to undertake personal care as part of your role if needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience working with children with SEND
• A kind, patient and understanding approach
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy, compassion and resilience
• A genuine passion for supporting children s development
