Job Description:
Our client offers multiple building blocks (Access Management, User Management, OAuth, Certificate Management, Datapower, Key Management, PAMaaS and LogaaS) to its customers. The Analyst will through identifying customer needs and requirements, translate them into technical requirements and integration sheet. The successful candidate will play a key role ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions. The analyst will join a team that values agile principles: sprint-based approach, onboarding meeting, intake meeting, file building, T&I build and testing, scheduling meeting, PRD build and testing.

Skills and Experience
• Graduates or with a little experience.
• At least a Bachelor Diploma in a relevant field, preferably a Master Diploma.
• Knowledge of ticketing system, Confluence, cloud platform (Cloud Practitioner and Security Specialty), cloud platform, IAM and Encryption is a big plus.
• Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Language requirements: native in Dutch and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities
• Onboarding: setup and participate in intake interviews, analysis of information, architecture and technical requirements as well as explanation of the operation and requirements around the available integration protocols.
• Preparation of onboarding document: Translating the functional requirements into technical requirements in the onboarding document, to validate and document the integration.
• Elaboration of the technical requirements of the customer applications, as applicable to the integration, supporting the customer in the technical implementation, including consulting with the business analyst, other architects and analysts, such as the software developers and architects at the customer.
• Validate the analysis with both the customer and the responsible internal teams (ACM/DEVOPS) in preparation for the technical implementation.
• Support the customer in the analysis of the role models, configuring the agreed roles on the entitlement configurator, uploading the roles, testing the configuration in the test environment, and following up on the internal administration.
• Prepare the technical plan based on standard integration patterns and translate them into technical specifications.
• SPOC to customers re onboarding of new applications, mapping functional and technical expectations.
• SPOC to relevant ACM/DEVOPS teams re onboarding of applications/projects.
• SPOC to support user management re incidents, customer queries from onboarding procedures.
• Working out the technical requirements of the user and access management projects based on direction from the Integration Architect.
• Testing the implemented solutions in test environments.
