Location: Swindon SN5

Pay rate: 13.50 an hour

Working days: Adhoc

What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our customers, your role will be vital in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service.
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Scheduling appointments for vehicle services and sales consultations.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed.

What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is not just qualified, but also passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
