Hotel Receptionist

The organisation is a stylish, independent boutique hotel offering 80 elegant bedrooms in the heart of Stratford, with excellent transport links to central London.
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Full-Time Receptionist.
About the Role:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests across Reception, the Bar, and the Lounge. Your warm welcome, attention to detail, and excellent communication will be key in delivering a five-star experience and maintaining our hotel's outstanding reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and checking in/out guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handling guest queries and requests efficiently
• Managing bookings and reservations using Opera PMS
• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Serving at the Bar (inclusive of alcohol) and baking pizzas as required
• Full-time – 40 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends

What We are Looking For:
• Proven experience in a hotel receptionist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Confidence and professionalism in a guest-facing environment
• Previous experience using Opera PMS – this is essential
• Shift pattern includes a mix of:
• Morning shifts: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Majority of shifts)
Eligibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £31,000 per year
