What You Will Do:

- Support the delivery of programmes against overall timing plans, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones.

- Prepare accurate and objective technical status reports for programme management meetings and senior gateway reviews.

- Coordinate structured problem-solving efforts across cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve programme issues.

- Manage governance processes to drive and resolve key risks across programmes, engaging with senior stakeholders.

- Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities with a focus on programme risks and mitigations.

- Build effective relationships across the business and beyond, fostering collaboration and driving results.

- Proven experience in engineering processes, tools, and techniques, with a track record of consistent target delivery.
