Learning & Development Coordinator

We’re working with a global insurance company who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join their London-based HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences across a fast-paced and collaborative organisation.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating a wide range of internal and external training programmes, managing logistics, and supporting the implementation of the organisation’s L&D calendar. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external training providers, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all learning initiatives. From maintaining accurate learning records to managing the Learning Management System and tracking participation and feedback, your role will be vital in supporting the organisation’s commitment to continuous development. You’ll also contribute to the onboarding process and help deliver other talent and development programmes throughout the year.
To be successful, you’ll bring previous experience in a Learning & Development or HR support role, along with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be confident communicating at all levels of the business, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working as part of a global organisation. While experience with a Learning Management System is desirable, more important is your enthusiasm for people development and your desire to grow your career in L&D. Any previous experience within the financial services sector would be highly desirable.
