This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a vital link between students, staff, and external contacts, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation.

What You'll Do:

As a Course Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of services and processes within the division. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organise and manage activities, events, and meetings to ensure they run smoothly and according to schedule. You'll be the go-to person for resolving any potential issues.
• Maintain and disseminate important information effectively. You'll publicise events and ensure that all stakeholders are in the loop!
• Answer queries from staff and students with a smile, providing timely and helpful responses. You'll guide them on procedures while knowing when to escalate issues.
• Create and maintain records of activities, providing reports on usage and attendance to help analyse and improve services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team to plan and schedule events and activities, ensuring timelines and resources are realistic.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
• Support staff and students by providing guidance on relevant processes and procedures.
• Engage with colleagues to share information and best practises, contributing to the development of processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations while promoting best practises.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who embodies the following:

• Good secondary education.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficient in IT skills, particularly the MS Suite, to manage tasks effectively.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
