• Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery and go-live.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of IT projects, including resource planning and budget control.
• Define deliverables and milestones in collaboration with technical leads.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans for engineering-led initiatives, tracking time, cost, risks, and issues.
• Report regularly to engineering and senior management on project progress.
• Foster team organisation, motivation, and high performance.
• Apply Agile methods including sprint planning, release scheduling, and incremental delivery techniques.
• Ensure operational readiness, digital documentation, and support structures are in place before deployment.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of technical delivery across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Applications.
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Positive, open-minded and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
• Genuine interest in business processes and customer needs.
