Job description
• Salary of £30,000(rising to £31,000after twelve months employment).
• Monday to Friday, 35.75 hours per week (between the hours of 8.45am – 5.00pm).
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for an experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Liverpool City Centre.

The role is working for an extremely stable and award-winning company who are the largest provider of their service in the UK. Working full-time, Monday to Friday (35.75 hours per week, 8:45am–5:00pm), you'll receive a starting salary of £29,700, rising to £30,850after one year of service.

Hybrid Working Schedule (Post-Training):
• First 2 months: Fully office-based (Liverpool City Centre).
• After 2 months: 1 day per week remote.
• After 4 months: 2 days per week remote.
• After 6 months: 3 days per week remote.

Please note: A successful DBS check is required for this role.

About the role:
• Answer and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries received by email.
• Respond to telephone queries by checking details on the system.
• Issue claim forms, membership applications and other information to customers as requested.
• Update the system with changes to membership details by telephone, email or paperless change requests.
• Process claim forms as required.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance issues at all times.

To be considered for this role you will have:
• Inbound customer call handling.
• Quality call handling
• Experience of resolving customer queries to the highest standards.
• Proficient Excel user
• Able to successfully pass a DBS check.

You may have experience working in:
• Banking
• Insurance
• Financial Services
• Medical/NHS
