Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Year 4) - Quinton

Aspire People is seeking a compassionate and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil in Quinton. This is a full-time, ongoing role ideal for someone with a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive.

About the role:
Support a non-verbal Year 4 pupil using visual timetables, including Now and Next boards.
Assist minimally with eating, no toileting support required.
Encourage active participation in lessons, helping to engage the pupil with tailored academic activities.
Administer medication as required, including allergy medication, EpiPen, and inhaler.

Ideal candidate:
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education.
Has previous experience supporting children with similar additional needs.
Patient, nurturing, and able to adapt to the child's individual learning style.
