Job Description:

Essential Criteria

* 10+ years designing enterprise Target Operating Models.

* Proven experience on large-scale technology transformation programmes.

* Experience defining governance, service management and organisational design.

* Excellent workshop facilitation and executive stakeholder management.

* Strong understanding of SaaS operating models and enterprise platforms.

* Experience producing executive-quality strategy documents.

Desirable Criteria

* Atlassian Cloud migration experience.

* Financial Services or Tier 1 Banking experience.

* ITIL v4, COBIT or SIAM knowledge.

* Enterprise Architecture experience.

* Experience designing technology chargeback/showback models
