The Role: Cloud Engineer - enterprise cloud platform and Cloud Infrastructure
This is a critical technical role focused on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our secure, high-availability cloud environments, directly supporting the operation and integration of our enterprise cloud platform (ERP/HCM/SCM) applications.
You will be instrumental in managing the cloud infrastructure platform (cloud infrastructure platform) landscape, driving DevOps automation (IaC/CI/CD), optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance across all environments. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
cloud infrastructure platform Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain all cloud infrastructure platform (cloud infrastructure platform) resources (compute, networking, storage, security). Manage environment provisioning, maintenance, and synchronization (P2T/T2T) for the enterprise cloud platform landscape.
Automation and DevOps: Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using infrastructure automation tooling or cloud infrastructure management service. Implement CI/CD pipelines for Fusion extensions and integrations using tools like CI/CD platform, source control platform, or development delivery platform.
Fusion Environment Control: Manage and support the technical operations around Fusion quarterly updates, patches, and custom deployments. Ensure effective version control and environment synchronization across the Fusion lifecycle.
Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security best practices for cloud infrastructure platform and Fusion, managing IAM, roles, and policies. Ensure technical compliance with ITIL and SOX frameworks.
Performance and Support: Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot complex issues involving Fusion environments, cloud infrastructure platform services, and cloud/on-prem integrations. Collaborate with enterprise technology platform Support for critical SR management.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
5-8 years of experience in Cloud the organisation or Infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on enterprise technology platform the organisation.
Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure platform (cloud infrastructure platform) components: networking, compute, storage, security, and IAM.
Practical experience managing the technical operations and environment maintenance for enterprise cloud platform (ERP/HCM/SCM).
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like infrastructure automation tooling, configuration automation tooling, etc.
Proficiency in open-source operating system/Unix environments, scripting (Bash, Python), and version control (version control system).
Demonstrable experience managing Fusion quarterly updates, patches, and related integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Desirable Skills

cloud infrastructure platform (cloud infrastructure platform) Certified Architect / Professional.
Familiarity with integration platform (OIC) and API Gateway configurations.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (cloud monitoring service, monitoring platform, monitoring and analytics platform).
