Test Lead - UAT - Finance / HR
We are looking for a UAT Test Lead to work for a wealth and investments client on a 12 months FTC basis.
They are replacing their Finance, Payroll and HR systems with cloud based SaaS solutions, and looking for someone to coordinate and lead UAT testing across the business. You would need previous experience in:
Wealth management or investments
Experience implementing new finance / accounting / HR systems
Preparing and maintaining test strategies and plans for UAT and business change testing
Managing UAT and testing delivery across projects involving multiple 3rd party suppliers
Estimating testing requirements though full project lifecycle
Working with the business analysis team to ensure all requirements can translate to testable statements
Preparing and executing manual test scripts for test phases such as System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression testing
Creation of automated test scripts and looking for areas that can be automated
The role requires 2 days per week in the office in the organisation and offers a salary of up to £108k + good benefits.
