Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with secondary schools across Kingston upon Thames to recruit reliable and motivated day-to-day supply teachers starting September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible teaching work without the pressures of long-term planning or marking.

Responsibilities include:

Covering lessons on a daily supply basis across KS3-KS5

Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons

Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment

Upholding school behaviour and safeguarding policies

Providing feedback where appropriateIdeal candidates will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience in UK secondary schools

Flexibility and adaptability

Confident classroom management skills
