Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with secondary schools across Kingston upon Thames to recruit reliable and motivated day-to-day supply teachers starting September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible teaching work without the pressures of long-term planning or marking.

Responsibilities include:

• Covering lessons on a daily supply basis across KS3-KS5
• Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons
• Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
• Upholding school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Providing feedback where appropriate

Ideal candidates will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience in UK secondary schools
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Confident classroom management skills
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
