Advanced Operations Coordinator (Offshore Wind)
Location:Harwich, Essex
Contract: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP (3rd August 2026)
Working Pattern: 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00)
Rate: £17.00 per hour PAYE | £21.81 per hour Umbrella
Overtime: Paid at 150%
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Rullion is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to support our client .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading offshore wind team, playing a key role in the planning, coordination and administration of maintenance activities that keep offshore assets operating safely and efficiently.
The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational planning of the wind farm, ensuring maintenance activities are effectively coordinated while maintaining accurate technical and commercial records.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance activities using SAP.
Raising, scheduling and allocating work alongside field technicians and customer personnel.
Producing daily and weekly maintenance plans while optimising Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment.
Maintaining accurate technical and commercial records, ensuring correct separation of service and warranty costs.
Carrying out control and technical verification within the Spiridion SAP system.
Collating labour and parts usage to support billing and stock replenishment.
Coordinating Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation for maintenance activities.
Maintaining documentation, service histories and operational records.
Supporting the wider operations team to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved.About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to planning and coordination.
Previous experience within engineering, maintenance, utilities, renewables or similar operational environments would be beneficial.What's on Offer?
