Job Title: QA Engineer - HS2 Bridge Project

Location: Brackley, North of Oxford (A43)

Salary: Competitive Day Rate (DOE)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a major HS2 bridge project in Brackley. This is a quality assurance-focused position supporting the construction of a new bridge, ensuring all works meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. This role does not involve setting out.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a QA Engineer on civil engineering projects

• Strong background in bridge structures

• Experience with bridge joints and structural works

• Good understanding of QA processes, inspections, and documentation

• Ability to work effectively within a site team on a major infrastructure project

Responsibilities:

• Carry out quality assurance inspections throughout the project

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards

• Maintain accurate QA records and documentation

• Complete inspections, check sheets, and quality reports

• Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and the client to resolve quality issues

• Support the successful delivery of the bridge construction works
