Customer Liaison Officer
£13 - £14 ph

The role involves being based at an extra care service in Totnes, You will join a dedicated team, working with the Extra Care Scheme Manager to deliver a high-quality housing management service that exceeds customer expectations.

Duties of the role:

• Provide advice on repairs, tenancy management, and rent queries, referring to specialist teams where required
• Communicate effectively with residents and signpost local services
• Respond promptly to and resolve complaints in line with agreed standards
• Liaise with contractors to minimise disruption and keep residents informed
• Work with internal and external teams to address concerns and support safeguarding requirements
• Carry out routine health and safety checks, including fire safety inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation

Requirements:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and acting on feedback
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good IT knowledge and administrative skills
