Tradewind Recruitment are collabarating witrh a number of Secondary Schools in Wandsworth to recruit qualified supply teachers with QTS and UK classroom experience. This is an exciting opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility whilst working within a supportive Secondary school environment.

The role is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECT) who want to get their foot in the door, or experienced teachers who want to experience the flexibility and variety of daily supply.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and UK classroom experience
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to a range of subjects and learning styles
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different roles within the classroom
• UK driving license (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across a varying range of subjects to students in line with the school curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students
• Collaborate with existing staff to ensure continuity and support for students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
• Uphold the school's values and policies, promoting respect and a positive attitude among students
