Outbound Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time)

Fully Remote

£15 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Part Time - 10 hours a week Flexible Hours Freelance

Fixed-term contract until 20 December 2026, with extension based on performance

E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit, an innovative football analytics business, for an ambitious Outbound Recruitment Consultant to help identify, engage and recruit new members from scratch.

This isn't a traditional recruitment or telesales role.

We're not looking for someone to simply follow a script or work through a contact list.

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding suitable prospects, starting conversations, building interest and identifying creative ways to attract genuinely interested people to our free online webinars.

About Stats Profit

Stats Profit has spent over 10 years developing a data-driven football modelling system that identifies long-term investment opportunities within football markets.

Members subscribe to receive carefully researched football selections throughout the season, alongside full historical performance tracking and educational support.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help solve one of the biggest challenges every business faces-consistently finding and recruiting suitable new members.

Your Mission

Your objective is simple:

Generate a consistent flow of high-quality prospects who attend our free online webinars and have a genuine interest in learning more about Stats Profit.

You will be responsible for identifying potential members from scratch, approaching them professionally, qualifying their interest and encouraging suitable prospects to attend a live webinar.

There are no prescribed recruitment or outreach channels.

We're interested in your ideas, your commercial thinking and your ability to test, learn and improve.

You might use:

• Direct outreach
• Social media prospecting
• Online communities
• Professional networking
• Referral campaigns
• Partnerships
• Candidate and customer databases
• Other compliant prospecting and recruitment strategies

We don't expect every approach to work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, measuring results and improving their approach until they discover what does.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement your own member recruitment strategy.
• Identify and approach suitable prospective members.
• Start professional and engaging outbound conversations.
• Qualify prospects based on their interest, suitability and readiness to learn more.
• Generate qualified webinar attendees.
• Test different prospecting and outreach channels.
• Follow up with interested prospects and webinar invitees.
• Measure and improve performance.
• Record weekly KPIs.
• Recommend new recruitment ideas and opportunities.
• Work closely with the business owner to continually improve results.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

• Recruitment Consultancy
• Candidate Sourcing
• Outbound Recruitment
• Business Development
• Lead Generation
• Telesales
• Customer Acquisition
• B2C Sales
• Membership Recruitment

Hours & Pay

• £15 per hour
• Maximum 10 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours
• Freelance agreement until 20 December 2026, with extension based on performance

Performance Bonus

• £10 for every qualified prospect you recruit who attends a live webinar.
• £50 if that attendee becomes a paying Stats Profit member within 30 days.

Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will complete a short online interview.

Shortlisted candidates will then deliver a 15-minute presentation explaining how they would identify, approach and recruit prospective Stats Profit members during their first 30 days in the role.

We're far more interested in your communication skills, commercial thinking, creativity and ability to generate results than polished presentations.
