The organisation Consultant
A specialist Finance and Recruitment firm who specialise the European, North American and Asian markets. Their specialist sectors include Technology, Change and Transformation, Quantitative trading and Research.
Set to open two international offices in 2025 in the US and Singapore they are truly on their way to becoming the most established recruitment firm within their space. • £31k base salary which increases to £36k after 6 months, OTE of £66k in your first year!!
• 4 holiday incentives per year including trips to Ibiza, Berlin, Miami, Skiing etc for those that hit target
• WFH opportunities with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

The role will include - Trainee Recruitment Consultants
• Client engagement: establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
• Candidate sourcing and assessment: utilising various sourcing methods (job boards AND networking) to attract qualified candidate. Screening and interviewing them to assess their skills and experience to see if they are a cultural fit for the client.
• Negotiation and offer management: facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Market research: conduct competitor analysis to identify recruitment strategies that give clients a competitive advantage.
• Hardworking- examples of working alongside university are great!
• Financially motivated- a real drive to earn big
• Degree educated or relevant sales experience
• Results driven
