We’re looking for a HelpDesk Support Specialist to join a leading global social media tech company in London! If you have a passion for troubleshooting, a strong technical mindset, and enjoy providing top-notch support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Perform remote software installations and assist with hardware setup.
Support server operating system & Mac OS environments.
2 - 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of system troubleshooting, OS support (server operating system/Mac), and hardware deployment.
• Location: London, onsite (5 days/week).
Contract: 12 months.
Hourly rate: £20(8hrs per day) I Monday to Friday
