Job description
The organisation are currently recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join our friendly and agile Customer Services Team in our offices above our food manufacturing facility on the edge of Sevenoaks.

Your day will involve:
At the organisation, we are the "Taste Behind the Brands. " With over 100 years of experience, we are a one stop shop for all savoury ingredients. We specialise in stocks, gravies, curry pastes, marinades, glazes, sausage & burger seasonings, herb & spice based products and meal kit solutions.
Experience of working within a despatch role and enterprise resource-planning software experience would both be real advantages for this role, but training can be given.

- Have a good level of numeracy
- Have good word-processing software and spreadsheet software skills
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5. 5%. Holiday allowance is 33 days (bank holidays included). Free parking onsite.

We have a great reputation for customer service and central to this is our brilliant customer service team.
- Raising pick sheets for stock located on site and goods from store manifests for those in storage.
- Arranging delivery either through manifests to our haulier or liaison with couriers.
- Ensuring good communication with our customers regarding any changes relating to their order.
- Dispatching customer orders on our system.
- Ensuring good stock rotation and supporting good stock management.
- Supporting the rest of the customer service team with customer queries, order processing and other ad hoc tasks as required.
This role is full time, 8am - 5pm and is exclusively office based.
