I am on the lookout for an experienced customer relationship management platform Developer to join a dynamic project team supporting a high-profile public sector client. This is a fully remote, outside IR35 contract - ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and has a strong track record delivering customer relationship management platform solutions within government or regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable customer relationship management platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Integrate customer relationship management platform with external systems via the organisation and Middleware
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
Support deployment, release management, and post-implementation troubleshooting
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience as a customer relationship management platform Developer on complex projects
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and customer relationship management platform configuration
Public Sector customer relationship management platform (PSS) experience is essential
Familiarity with customer relationship management platform security models and data governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

customer relationship management platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
Knowledge of GDS standards or working in agile public sector teams
