The Role

As a customer relationship management platform Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for all things customer relationship management platform - designing, implementing, and optimising solutions that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our platform supports our GTM strategy and drives operational excellence.
This role sits within our Revenue Operations team and requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving.

About You

3-4 years of hands-on experience as a customer relationship management platform Administrator or Developer in a commercial (Sales and Service Cloud) environment.
Proven experience architecting and building successful customer relationship management platform applications.
Strong understanding of the customer relationship management platform security model and configuration management.
Demonstrable experience leading large-scale customer relationship management platform projects end-to-end.
Excellent requirements gathering, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Passionate about leveraging new customer relationship management platform capabilities to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the customer relationship management platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Oversee customer relationship management platform security model and system configuration including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, and User Access Policies.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within customer relationship management platform swiftly and effectively.
Design and build scalable applications and automations, including
Complex Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Custom Settings, and Validation Rules
Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business impact.
Lead end-to-end delivery of customer relationship management platform projects - from architecture and design through to implementation and adoption.
Champion customer relationship management platform best practices and continuously improve system efficiency, automation, and user experience.
