Customer Service Support - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support professional to join a premium automotive client based in Petersfield on a temporary basis (4-12 weeks).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-end brand environment during a busy period, supporting customer engagement and sales administration activity.

The Role

You will play a key part in delivering a first-class customer experience, supporting customers who have expressed interest in test driving a new product.

Key responsibilities include:

Contacting customers via phone, email, and SMS to follow up on enquiriesCoordinating and scheduling test drive appointmentsMeeting and greeting customers on arrivalSupporting the customer journey from enquiry through to reservationAccurately entering and maintaining customer records within internal systemsProviding administrative support to the sales teamEnsuring all customer interactions are handled professionallyAbout You

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or call handlingConfident and professional communication skillsStrong attention to detail with accurate data entry abilityComfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWell-presented and customer-focused, with a professional approachAble to manage multiple tasks in a busy environmentWhat's on Offer
