The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2.

Plan and prepare creative learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.

Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Support pupils in achieving strong progress across the primary curriculum.

Assess, track and monitor attainment, providing effective feedback and intervention where required.

Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.

Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.

Adapt teaching strategies to support differing learning styles and individual needs.

Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.

Possesses excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Has a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

Can create engaging and challenging learning opportunities.

Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality education.

Shares a genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
