Job Description

We're looking for friendly, professional Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a short-term contract to support a busy period. This is a fast-paced inbound customer service role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilites:

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Meet individual and team service level targets.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction.

About You:

• Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A positive, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
