Role: customer relationship management platform Health Cloud Specialist
Location: United Kingdom - Remote
Salary: Up to £122,000- DOE
The organisation has partnered with a leading healthcare technology organisation and they are on a mission to transform patient engagement, streamline care coordination, and revolutionise the way health services are delivered through customer relationship management platform Health Cloud.
As their trusted recruitment partner, we are seeking an experienced customer relationship management platform Health Cloud Specialist to join their growing transformation team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Health Cloud solutions that enhance patient experiences and empower clinicians with real-time insights.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Health Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment. Alongside this, you will be liaising with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to design scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a customer relationship management platform Consultant, with Health Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data models, and interoperability frameworks (FHIR/HL7).
• customer relationship management platform certifications such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional or customer relationship management platform Certified Consultant.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through digital transformation.
